Academic Board

The Academic Board of ACC Institute of Human Services is responsible for:

  • Developing the policies and procedures to ensure academic quality and rigor. These include ensuring that the content and duration of the modules or subjects as well as the entry and graduation requirements of the courses are appropriate, and approving the deployment of the lecturers based on the requirements stipulated by the Counsel of Private Education (CPE).
  • Facilitating ACC to implement and comply with the policies and procedures developed.
  • Reviewing yearly the academic policies and procedures in ACC

  3. Mr Tan Choon Hooi, Klein – Master in Social Science (Counselling)

Examination Board

The Examination Board of ACC Institute of Human Services is in-charge of the development of examination and assessment procedures. These include developing and facilitating of the implementation of procedures to:

  • Ensure the security of examination scripts and answer scripts.
  • Ensure the proper conduct of examinations and assessments.
  • Define and ensure the proper discharge of duties and responsibilities of invigilators and markers.
  • Conduct moderation of examination and assessment marks.
  • Handle appeals from students with regard to examination or assessment matters.
