Effective Stress Management
Workshop Details
Stress is a normal psychological and physical reaction to the ever-increasing demands of life. It switches on the ‘alarm system’ in your body. When we experience stress, our bodies go into “flight-or-fight” response, returning to a normal relaxed state only when the threat is gone. Unfortunately, the non-stop stress of modern life means that our
alarm system rarely shuts off.
That is why stress management is so important. Stress management gives us a range of tools to reset our alarm system. Without stress management, high levels of stress can lead to serious health problems over time. Don’t wait until stress has a negative impact on your health, relationships or quality of life. By gaining a better understanding of stress and learning coping strategies, empower yourself to better manage stress today!
