About:

Ms Naseera Banu holds a Bachelor of Social Sciences in Psychology from the National University of Singapore (NUS). She has been certified by the Association of Professionals Specialising in Addictions Counselling (APSAC) as a Certified Substance Abuse Counsellor (CSAC) and Certified Gambling Addiction Counsellor (CGAC). She is currently pursuing her Masters in Counselling with Monash University (pending completion in April 2021).

She is currently working as a counsellor for over 8 years and provided counselling in individual and group settings. She has experience in working with people with addictive behaviours in the adult and adolescent population. She has also provided professional training to social service professionals on understanding and managing people with addictions.

She is comfortable working with clients who have anxiety, anger, depression among other issues.
