课程目的及特点
课程的主要目的是教导在工作上或团体中需要服务人群的人士，如人事管理者、教师、护士及宗教团体相关人员等 能够更有效地与人沟通,从而提高工作 效率。同时，也辅导那些有困难的人士，帮助他们成长，改善其家庭及社会关系。

本课程注重 实用性，注重理论与实践相结合。在教学过程中，会穿插实 际个案案例及 实践辅导练习。

Lecturer-Student Ratio
The lecturer-student ratio is set at 1:25 to ensure optimum teaching, learning and sharing between the lecturer and students.

入学资格
To be eligible for admission to the course, applicants must fulfil the following conditions:
- 拥有辅导心理学证书课程（参加过本学院辅导心理学的学员，可免修36学时）
- 持有Diploma文凭 (专业不限)
- 只少18周岁
- 非Diploma文凭持有者可根据个人生活阅历, 按照学院要求递交入学申请书.
- 必要时面试 (面试合格者, 才可入学.)
